Crews Working To Restore Water To Southwest Philadelphia Residents After Plumber Ruptures Line, Officials Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Crews are working to restore water to a neighborhood in Southwest Philadelphia Tuesday. Residents on the 6500 block of Windsor Street have been without water since Monday night.

Officials with the water department say a private plumber ruptured a line. The leak led to a washout of a gas line.

PGW will repair the gas line then crews can restore water service.
