Officials: Repair Complete Following 2nd Sewer Main Break In 2 Days In Mount Laurel

MOUNT LAUREL, NJ (CBS) -- Authorities say there is a second sewer main break in two days in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Chopper 3 was over Elbo Lane between Church Street and Texas Avenue, where crews were working on repairs.

The Mount Laurel Municipal Utilities Authority says crews worked through the day and the pipe repair is complete and the system is operating normally.

They say traffic on Elbo Lane between Church Street and Texas Avenue will remain detoured, in both directions, until 8 p.m. to allow crews to complete the work.

A sewer line broke on Hartford Road on Wednesday. It has since been repaired.

Customers are asked to limit water use to help reduce the amount of waste-water during repairs.
