1 Dead, 2 Injured Following Building Explosion In Lancaster County

LANCASTER, Pa. (CBS) -- A gas explosion in Lancaster County leaves one dead and two others injured according to Steve Cook Business Development Director for UGI Utilities.
A home on the 200 block of Springdale Lane in Manor Township was completely destroyed following an explosion at the residence around 12:16 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
UGI says three employees were trapped inside the now decimated home.

Neighbors say the residents of the home are alive, and that the explosion shook their homes.
It's not clear what caused the explosion.
