Couple Leaves $100 Tip -- For Bad Service!

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- We all generally leave a tip for good service at a restaurant.

But have you ever left a generous tip for bad service?

That's exactly what a couple in Iowa did and the receipt has gone viral.

The couple says they waited more than an hour for their food and when it got there, it wasn't very good.

However, the couple realized the waiter was serving about nearly a dozen tables and tending bar at the same time.

So the couple decided to cut the waiter a very generous break, to the tune of a $100 tip on a $66 bill.

On the receipt, the couple wrote "We've both been in your shoes. Paying it forward."
