Independence National Historical Park and the Visitor Center have delayed opening until 10 a.m.
Montgomery County Senior Adult Activities Center in Norristown and Ambler has canceled all Senior Center programs.
North Light Community Center in Manayunk has canceled all programs today.
State Department Health Bureau of Laboratory Services in Exton is closed.
