The SEPTA Regional Rail Media-Elwyn Line outbound service is suspended while crews clear the scene.
Elwyn: Outbound service is still suspended. Trains are experiencing delays inbound of up to 30 minutes due to an earlier van blocking the rails and downed wires at 49th Street Station. Passengers from Secane to 49th Street should board trains from the inbound platform.
