Woman's Body Found In Cobbs Creek Ruled Homicide

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police have ruled the woman's body found in Cobbs Creek on Friday a homicide.

Police report the victim died of strangulation.

Police say the woman's body was found by a passerby near 63rd and Spruce Streets, around 11 a.m. Friday.

The woman has been identified as 21-year-old Kierra Johnson.
