Coatesville Man Charged With Child Exploitation

COATESVILLE, Pa. (CBS) – A Coatesville man has been charged with child exploitation.

David Slater, 52, of Coatesville, is facing two counts of use of an interstate commerce facility to entice a minor to engage in sexual conduct.

On June 1, 2013 and November 11, 2013, Slater allegedly used the internet to contact and coerce people he believed to be under 18 to engage in sex.

Slater faces a possible sentence of life in prison, a $500,000 fine and up to a lifetime of supervised release if convicted.
