Claude Giroux To Represent Flyers In NHL All-Star Game

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The NHL announced the participants for the 2016 NHL All-Star Game on Wednesday. Flyers captain Claude Giroux will be heading to the game for the 4th time in his career, representing the Orange and Black.

Giroux made the All-Star Game in 2011, 2012 and in 2015.

The captain currently leads the Flyers in goals (12) and points (27). He ranks second on the squad in assists (17).

Giroux has appeared in all 38 of the Flyers' games to this point.

The NHL All Star Game is set for Sunday, January 31 at 5 p.m. in Nashville.
