Eagles Fans Celebrate Christmas Tailgating In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Many Eagles fans traded in their traditional Christmas plans in for some tailgating outside the Linc ahead of Monday night's game against the Raiders.
Since Christmas is about spending time with your loved ones, Matt Santoro, Eric Tomasello and Zack Shields took full advantage.
"Any Eagles's tailgates special, especially when it's on Christmas."
"Eagles football is a holiday, that's what were out here celebrating."
"It's great! Best Christmas ever!"

For the Buto family, it was a Christmas first.
"It's great, we've got the whole family around, we're partying," John says. "Normally you're eating dinner about now, but were out here getting ready for the Eagles game."
"Well I'm the mom of this group," adds Joan, "and we've never not been home for Christmas night. Tonight, it feels awesome, it's okay."
Over at Kristen Simm's tailgate, the scene looked more like a living room than an Eagles pregame.
"We've got inflatable Santa," she says, "we've got our Christmas tree with gifts at the bottom, our snow man, the stockings are hung on the tailgate, we're strung with lights and we got Santa and his reindeer."

Not to mention the Christmas music they were playing throughout and her attire
"I'm in my reindeer onesie and Eagles sweatshirt," she says.
Tom Machamer and Steve Barone dressed for the occasion as well.
"Santa outfit of course."
"I'm like the drunk grinch elf I guess."
Although he says with Carson Wentz out already for the season, there's not much more he can do as the grinch.
And KYW Newsradio asked a handful of fans what was on their Eagles Christmas wish list this year, and the answers were unanimous:
"Super Bowl!"
