Chris Stigall: Vote To Repeal Obamacare Comes Too Late

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Chris Stigall criticized Republican leadership in Washington for moving too late with their effort to repeal Obamacare after the House of Representatives voted to do so after their holiday break. Stigall insisted the time to act was before 2015 ended.

He also stated that Republicans are too tentative in their governing philosophy and have too frequently failed to act in the past.

"This probably speaks to the fundamental problem of the GOP. They're attitude is, unless we are the Executive Branch, we're nothing. That is so antithetical to everything our founders intended. That is antithetical to three co-equal branches of government."
