Chris Stigall: I Don't Trust Jim Kenney
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Chris Stigall reacted to Jim Kenney being sworn in as Philadelphia's 99th Mayor and signing an executive order re-establishing the city's status as a sanctuary city.
Stigall said Kenney has no interest in hearing opposing points of view.
"He has zero compassion for anybody that disagrees with him. In fact, he'll ban you from the city if he can. Don't doubt he'll try. I predict to you before the four years is over, this guy will actually physically try to ban people from the city, legislatively, somehow. He's talked a big game before, but now he's in the big chair. I don't trust this guy any further than I can throw him. I've said it for the last year that this guy is to the left of de Blasio. He's going to make Michael Nutter look like Ronald Reagan."
