Chilly Saturday, pleasant weather ahead for holiday travel in Philadelphia region. Here's the forecast.

Mild week ahead, slim chance for a white Christmas

Ditch the umbrella and snow shovel and grab the sunglasses for Saturday. There will be a mix of sun and clouds and the howling winds have departed, but you'll still need the winter coat because highs will dip below average in the upper 30s with a wind chill in the upper 20s at times.

Sunday is the start of winter at 10:03 a.m., but ironically it will feel more like fall, with a mix of sun and clouds and highs above average near 50.
