Missing Philadelphia 10-week-old found safe

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say a missing child was found safe and is back with her mother. The 10-week-old girl had been missing since Wednesday morning, according to Pennsylvania State Police. 

Police say the incident is still under investigation.
