Chickie's And Pete's Gives Officers Free Fries For 'Crabfries For Heroes' Event

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- For the second year in a row, Chickie's and Pete's is celebrating the day with its 'Crabfries for Heroes' event.
The Crabfries express truck visited multiple police districts throughout the city to hand out free fries to officers, on Wednesday.
The company is also raising money for the Fraternal Order of Police Survivors Fund.
All sales from crab fries and personal pitchers of Miller Lite will be donated to help families of fallen officers.
By the way -- the fries are just a dollar today, in celebration of National French Fry Day!
