Cheyney U. Dorm Fire Being Called Arson

CHEYNEY, Pa. (CBS) - A fire at a dorm at Cheyney University in Delaware County Sunday morning is now being called an arson.

The fire broke out on the fifth floor of Tubman Hall when someone attempted to set a student's personal belongings on fire. The rooms occupant wasn't present at the time when the fire was discovered.

A Cheyney University officer was taken to the hospital complaining of chest pains and smoke inhalation.

The investigation is ongoing.
