Officials: Man Faces Charges In Fatal Hit-And-Run In Chester
CHESTER, Pa., (CBS) -- Officials say a man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Chester, Delaware County.
Authorities say police and paramedics arrived to 9th and Hayes Street Tuesday morning and found a 24-year-old woman unresponsive.
Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene, according to authorities.
Officials say Braheem Scott faces charges including homicide by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter.
