1. St. Joseph's Prep (Record: 1-2)
2. Archbishop Wood (Record: 3-0)
3. La Salle (Record: 2-1)
4. St. Joseph's (Hammonton, NJ) (Record: 1-0)
5. Pennsbury (Record: 3-0)
6. Shawnee (Record: 1-0)
7. Imhotep Charter (Record: 2-1)
8. Timber Creek (Record: 1-0)
9. Cherokee (Record: 1-0)
10. Downingtown West (Record: 3-0)
A rankings explanation is warranted:
Yes, it appears strange to have a team that's 1-2 sitting atop the area's power rankings list. But it does state on the rankings: "Area," and until a team from the area or Southeastern Pennsylvania beats St. Joseph's Prep, the Hawks will maintain the No. 1 spot. St. Joe's Prep plays a national schedule, and it includes the No. 2 team in the nation, Don Bosco Prep, and one of Ohio's strongest programs in St. Ignatius.
