CBS3 Summerfest: Many Take Part In Yoga On Beach Behind Wildwoods Convention Center

WILDWOOD, N.J. (CBS) -- Under the morning sun as the boats on the sea ride the waves, many wake up to stretch and breathe deeply on the soft sand.

Five days a week during the summer, yoga instructor Charla Lewis leads yoga on the beach behind the Wildwoods Convention Center.

Lewis owns a yoga studio in Phoenix, where she spends her winters, but every summer she's here.
