PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Did you know there is a right and wrong way to pet your dog? If you have your own dog, we're sure you give it lots of love and hugs which they deal with even though they don't necessarily like being hugged.
But, let's talk about how you should pet a dog you encounter on the street.
