PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Pennsylvania SPCA has been making moves in Lancaster to better provide care for neglected animals.

In this week's CBS 3 Pet Project, Carol Erickson welcomes PSPCA CEO Julie Klim to discuss how the organization has been expanding, and to put the spotlight on some animals currently up for adoption.
