Police say the surveillance video speaks for itself and the men caught on tape are still out there.

"We don't know what's the motive behind this. Either way, it's still a problem. There's no way you can have individuals shooting at each other especially inside of an occupied hotel," Lt. John Stanford of Philadelphia Police said.

On March 31st at 12:28 a.m., officers responded to a radio call for a shooting inside the Roosevelt Motor Inn at the 7600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.

When police arrived, an employee said he heard gunshots coming from a hallway.

Police say soon after the gunshots, an unknown male ran past the front desk armed with a handgun and fled through the parking lot then south on the Roosevelt Boulevard.

According to police, surveillance video recovered depicts a group of males running through the hallways shooting at each other.

Police say no one was injured.

"We're lucky that no one was injured and no one was killed as a result of this," Lt. Stanford said.
