Caught On Tape: Driver Goes The Wrong Way On The Schuylkill Expressway

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A motorist drove the wrong way on the Schuylkill Expressway Monday morning and the incident was caught on tape.

Eyewitness News was able to obtain exclusive video of the frightening incident.

The car was traveling west in the eastbound lanes of the Schuylkill Expressway near South Street.

Pennsylvania State Troopers believe the driver got off at the next exit on the Expressway.

There were no reports of any accidents or injuries.

It was not immediately known if the driver even knew they were traveling in the wrong direction.

State Police continue to investigate the accident.
