Caught On Camera: Vandals Spray Paint Band's Album At Vietnam Veterans Memorial

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police need the public's help identifying two vandalism suspects.

It happened at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at Front and Spruce Streets on April 23.

Former Philadelphia Narcotics Officer Facing Federal Charges 

Police say the male suspect spray-painted a band's upcoming album release date on the sidewalk with a stencil.
