Cardboard Boat Regatta Held In Delaware County

DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- It's sink or swim on the water in Delaware County and that's because the boats are made out of paper!

The Cardboard Boat Regatta is a fun way to close out the summer season.
