Crews Rescue Person Trapped After Car Slams Into Pottstown Home

POTTSTOWN, Pa. (CBS) – Authorities say one person was trapped inside a car that crashed into a home in Pottstown, Montgomery County Sunday.

This happened just before 8 p.m. on the 200 block of Wilson Street.

Crews did manage to rescue the trapped passenger. There's no word yet on the extent of their injuries.

Nobody inside the house was hurt according to authorities.

The driver got out of the car on their own, authorities say, and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
