Car Goes Up In Flames On Vine Street Expressway

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A car fire in Center City caused traffic problems for drivers exiting the Vine Street Expressway at Broad Street on Monday morning. A camera atop the CBS3 building captured video as firefighters doused the flames, around 11 a.m.

The flames have since been put out and the vehicle has been towed from the scene.
