Shelter-In-Place In Caln Township Lifted After Early Morning Hazmat Situation

CALN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- Calls to shelter-in-place have been lifted in East Caln Township, Chester County after an early morning hazmat situation.  Chopper 3 was over the scene at Brandywine Avenue and Robins Road where there was a chlorine leak reported at a sewage plant.

First responders secured the leak and there were no reports of injuries.
