1,000 Pound Butter Sculpture To Be Displayed At Pennsylvania Farm Show

HARRISBURG, Pa. (CBS) -- A true work of art will be displayed at the 101st Pennsylvania Farm Show which begins in Harrisburg on Saturday.

A 1,000 pound butter sculpture was unveiled Thursday at the farm show grounds.

Jim Victor and Marie Pelton, of Conshohocken, hand-crafted the scene. It depicts a landscape of farms and hillsides that gives way to a forest.

The artists say dairy farmers are environmental stewards of the land, air, water and community.
