PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - You may not have heard of bumpn, but if you've got kids who are in college or nearly there, you might soon. It's a picture and video sharing app that boasts some 25 filters. The idea is: create some art around your picture and let friends and community members show their appreciation by adding 'hearts' to it. Think of the appreciation feature in Periscope, but without the live streaming and you've got the idea.
