Buckled Road Snarls Traffic On Route 422 EB Near Oaks
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Pa., (CBS) -- A large buckle across the road is causing major delays on Route 422 in Montgomery County.
The incident was reported at about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday on Route 422 eastbound just past Oaks.

It appears only one lane of traffic is getting by at this time.
