Bucks County Police Officer Has Message For Creator Of This Anti-Police Sign

FALLS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) -- Police in Falls Township, Bucks County have a message for the person who made a sign that read "Only Good Cop - Is A Dead Cop."

The sign was discovered on Monday morning and was sent to CBS 3 by Falls Township Police Lt. Henry Ward.

Ward said the sign was found hanging on Lincoln Highway near Pennsbury Manufacturing around 6:00 a.m.

"I would like to challenge the person or persons who made and hung the sign to stop into the Police Dept and speak to us," Ward wrote in an email to CBS 3.

"I know whoever did this did it out of ignorance. I would like to sit down with them and show them what we do as Police Officers so they can base their opinion on facts and not ignorance. I doubt they will do this because they hung the sign in the middle of the night like a true coward that I think they are."
