Police: 14-Year-Old Boy Hospitalized Following Hit-And-Run In Philly

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—A 14-year-old boy was hospitalized after police say he was struck by a hit-and-run driver in North Philadelphia.

It happened around 10:30 p.m. at Broad Street and Fairmount Avenue.

Police say the driver of a red Nissan Altima with Virginia plates fled the scene.

The victim was transported to an area hospital and remains in stable condition.
