Bills Sign WR Percy Harvin, Per Report
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- While Eagles fans are clamoring for their team to get help at the wide receiver position, the Bills have reportedly signed Percy Harvin out of retirement.

Harvin, 28, will make $1 million for the final eight games of the season according to the NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

In seven seasons, Harvin has 351 catches for 4,020 yards and 22 touchdowns. Last season, Harvin played five games for the Bills. His best season came in 2011, when he caught 87 balls for 967 yards and six scores with the Vikings.
