PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --  Not many people are giving the 6-7 Philadelphia Eagles a chance on Sunday night at home against the 11-2 Arizona Cardinals (I am!). And Vegas' three and a half point boost isn't helping much either, as the vast majority of money is being bet on the Cards.
