Bensalem Man Arrested After Barricading Himself In Residence
BENSALEM, P.A., (CBS) -- Bensalem Police dealt with a barricade situation at 3247 Clive Avenue on Friday. The incident occurred around 11:00 a.m. and authorities say it ended in an arrest.
Authorities say that they initially went to the property to try to locate Mark Fleming. The Bensalem man had an arrest warrant out for his arrest and he wanted for Persons not to Possess Firearms, Witness Intimidation, Retaliation Against Witness, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault and Stalking.
Police say that when they arrived on the scene, Fleming barricaded himself into the home. Bucks County South SWAT responded to the scene.
Authorities say that Fleming surrendered without incident around 3:44 p.m.
Officials say that Fleming will be arraigned on Friday night.
