Child Who Brought BB Gun To Delco. School Won't Face Charges

DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. (CBS)-- A Delaware County student will not face charges for bringing a BB gun to school.

Police found the gun on Monday in a 9-year-old student's bag at the Delcroft School in Folcroft.

No one was hurt.

We're told the district attorney decided not to prosecute the child because of their age.
