Police Responding To Barricade Situation In Frankford

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police are responding to a barricade situation in the city's Frankford section, Wednesday.

Officers were called out to the 1300 block of Arrott Street, just before noon.

16-Year-Old Shot Multiple Times In Southwest Philadelphia 

Police say a woman is being held at gunpoint by a man.

There have been no reported injuries.
