Police: Man Wanted For Shooting In Custody After Barricading Self In Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police say a man wanted for a shooting is in custody after a barricade situation in the Frankford section of the city.

The man barricaded himself inside a house in the 2100 block of Larue Street around 4:05 p.m. Thursday, according to police. US Marshals Service reportedly arrived on scene to serve a warrant to the man who is wanted for aggravated assault.

Police: Officer Injured, Listed In Serious Condition After Wreck 

SWAT cleared the premise without incident, police say.

Police set up a staging at the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot on Torresdale and Harbison Avenues.

There were no reported injuries.
