PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Barefoot Me Books.
All too often, parents hand over their phones or tablets to kids to keep them occupied, hoping Angry Birds will do the trick - but how about a good book instead?
Barefoot Me Books offers up to five picture books for kids - each narrated by a well-known voice, like Debra Messing or Hugh Bonneville.
The app also has a draw and record functionality, letting kids illustrate the books or record themselves reading them if they're slightly older.
