Barber Shaves Bald Patch On Man's Head After Alleged 'Fidgeting'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A barber in Madison, Wisconsin, is accused of shaving this bald patch on a man's head -- on purpose!

It started when the customer asked for his hair to be cut with a number two clipper, and scissors to be used to trim the top.

But the man says the barber accused him of "fidgeting" in the barber chair, and snipped his ear and cut that bald path down his head.

The barber faces disorderly conduct charges.
