PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Do you struggle to disconnect from your cell phone?

You aren't the only one.

A new survey by Deloitte shows the average American checks their phone 52 times a day.

But most people say they don't feel like they spend too much time on their phones.

More than a third of adults say they often use their smartphones for work outside normal business hours.
