Authorities: Man Found Dead With Multiple Gunshot Wounds At Mays Landing Condo

HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) -- Police are investigating a shooting at a Mays Landing condo that left one man dead.

Hamilton Township Police were called to Ivy Bush Court inside the Woodlands Condominiums around 6:30 p.m. for a report of a shooting. Arriving officers found an Atlantic County man with multiple gunshot wounds. Officials say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released.

Police, alone with the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit, continue to investigate.

Last week 21-year-old Demond Cottman was shot and killed at the nearby Hamilton Mall. His 26-year-old brother, Shadi Cottman was also injured in the shooting but survived.
