Authorities: Man Fatally Shot At Camden Apartment Complex

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say one man is dead following a shooting at a South Jersey apartment complex.

Camden County prosecutors say the shooting at the Branch Village apartments in Camden occurred around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.

County police responded to the scene and soon found 22-year-old city resident Leonard Moody. He was taken to a hospital, but died there a short time later.

Further details on the shooting were not disclosed, and officials have not said if Moody lived at the complex.

A motive for the shooting remains under investigation, and no arrests have been made.
