Authorities Investigating After Van Ends Up In Water Near Talen Energy Stadium In Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) -- Authorities are investigating how a van ended up in the water near Talen Energy Stadium in Chester on Tuesday morning. Crews were called out for a report of a vehicle in the water at 1 Stadium Dr. around 10:30 a.m.
When first responders arrived, they found a van in the water.
A dive team searched around the van and did not locate any victims.
There's no word yet on how the vehicle ended up in the water.
