Arrest Made In Thanksgiving Murder Of Ryan Kelly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police have arrested David Ramos Jr. in the shooting death of Ryan Kelly.
Ramos,18, was arrested Saturday morning in the Frankford section of the city.
He was charged with murder, robbery, and related offenses in reference to the death of Kelly.
Police say 21-year-old Ryan Kelly died after being shot in the chest on Thanksgiving. Kelly was found bleeding, lying on the street in the 3500 block of Almond Street.
