Armed Robber Makes Off With Cash From Lower Merion 7-Eleven

LOWER MERION, Pa. (CBS) -- Lower Merion Police are investigating an armed robbery of a 7-Eleven convenience store along City Avenue.

It happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday at the 7-Eleven near City Avenue and Old Lancaster Road.

Police say a man flashing a gun approached a cashier and demanded all of the cash from the register. The clerk complied and the suspect fled with an unspecified amount of cash.

No one was injured in the incident.

Police say they have no suspects.
