PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It was a terrifying scene on an Arkansas roadway as a little girl fell out of a moving bus.
Video shows the back door of the bus swinging open, sending the 4-year-old child to the pavement.
DNA Ancestry Site Now Tests For Certain Illnesses
The girl suffered a broken jaw and will undergo surgery.
A volunteer firefighter who was driving behind the bus helped the little girl.
She is expected to make a full recovery.
