Amazon Will Pay Employees To Quit, Start Their Own Delivery Business

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Amazon wants to help its employees branch out and become entrepreneurs. The company announced a new initiative on Monday for employees interested in launching their own package delivery businesses.

It says employees can quit and get funding they need to become their own boss.

Amazon promises to pay employees their former salary for three months and fund startup costs up to $10,000.
