Multiple rowhomes on fire in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Block evacuated as fire burns several rowhomes in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (CBS) -- Multiple rowhomes are on fire in Allentown, Pennsylvania on Tuesday afternoon, the fire department said. 

The fire started around 3 p.m. in the area of 711 N. 7th St.

The fire started in one house but jumped to two more homes. So far, no injuries have been reported. 

First responders evacuated the block due to smoke conditions. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation
